Refund and Cancellation Policy:
If you have paid a reservation fee and wish to cancel your booking before you have moved in – your reservation fee is not refundable.
For online reservations only:
You may cancel within 14 days from the date of booking prior to moving in and up to 24 hours after moving in and receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to availability and any circumstances beyond our control in which case we will offer a full refund or alternative accommodation.
In rare circumstances we may accept a reservation and later have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances in which case we will offer a full refund or alternative accommodation.
